Delivery Services
1. UK Delivery: We offer the following delivery options within the UK dependant on products:
JEWELLERY PRODUCTS
- UK Standard Delivery (Tracked and signed Royal Mail) (5-7 working days): FREE on orders over £150, otherwise £8.95.
- EU Delivery (Tracked and signed Royal Mail) (approx 7-14 working days: £20 on all orders.
- USA/ Non EU Delivery (Tracked and signed Royal Mail) (approx 10 -21 working days: £35 on all orders.
- UK Standard Delivery (Hermes and Royal Mail) (5-7 working days): FREE on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95.
Note: During peak periods, such as the Christmas season, delivery times may be extended due to higher volumes. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
1.2. All UK orders are sent via a tracked service.
2.1 EU Delivery:

- Delivery typically takes 7-14 working days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.
 
- Import taxes and duties, maybe incurred and payable by yourself dependant on your countries policy upon delivery.
- 2.2. Due to EU VAT reforms, we cannot accept orders over €150/£125 on our website. Our prices are not inclusive of custom tax. For larger orders, please contact customer services at love@goddessence.com. These items can be subject to import duty at the boarder of your country.
Returns Policy
Goddessence AROMA Products
3. UK & EU Returns: 3.1. You may return any Goddessence Aroma product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of delivery. ‘Original condition’ means no scratches or marks on the product, and the packaging is unopened, undamaged, and sealed.
Note: The 14-day return period begins the day after you receive your goods.
3.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at love@goddessence.com.
3.3. Please include your name, address, order number, and reason for return/exchange with your returned products.
3.4. Customers must arrange and cover the cost of returning the products unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your protection.
3.5. If returning a faulty or damaged product from the UK or EU, we will refund the return shipping cost if a delivery receipt is provided.
3.6. Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
3.8. Refunds for gifts will be credited to the original purchaser only by the same method of purchase.

4. Crystals:

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on crystals. All sales of crystal products are final due to the unique and natural nature of these items.
 
4.1 Other Products:
- 
- For non-crystal items, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
 
4.2 If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a returns code. You will need to return the item and provide proof of your return. Upon confirming the fault or damage, you may choose between a replacement, exchange, or full refund. However, if our inspection determines that the product shows deliberate damage, we reserve the right to deny the refund or replacement and return the product to you at your cost.

- You have the right to cancel your purchase of our digital products, such as online courses and memberships, within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content.

- By purchasing our digital products and choosing to access the content immediately, you agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel. Once the content has been accessed or downloaded, you are no longer eligible for a refund, except where the content is faulty.
 
3. Faulty Digital Products:

- If the digital content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund, regardless of whether you waived your right to cancel.
