6.2 Postage and packaging costs will be added to the product price, as displayed on the Website.

- Delivery
7.1 Standard UK Delivery: Monday to Friday. Allow 3-7 working days.
7.2 International Delivery: Postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary (typically 7-14 days).
7.3 Goddessence is not responsible for delays caused by third parties. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7.4 In case of lost or damaged goods during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the original packaging for a refund or exchange.
- Returns and Exchanges
8.1 You may return any product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging. Include your name, address, order number, and reason for return/exchange with your return.
8.2 Digital products are refundable only if the material has not been downloaded or accessed. Refunds for physical products will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
8.3 For defects or order discrepancies, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Goods must be returned before processing.
8.4 For incorrect orders or dissatisfaction, a partial refund (less postage) may be issued upon return of the goods.

9.1 Cancellations are accepted only if made before dispatch. If the order has been dispatched, follow the return procedure.
